Oops!

So "My Sister's Keeper" is on deck to be watched by my mom and I. I owe her for "The Hangover" and you know what I am not going to lie, I tear up during the previews...so, yes I kind of wanted to see this as well. Anyways, it has been getting weird reviews. To some it was really really good, or really really bad. So I decided to do some netsitgating <---like that? I totally just freestyled that word. I got to the bottom of things...at least I think I did...and I ruined the movie for myself. I could be a cunt and spoil it but I won't. So after reading several reviews, it came down to the people who read the book not liking it because it paralleled the book closely until the end where "the opposite happens." Well that is not satisfying at all! At that moment I needed to know what happened in the book and so I could figure out "the opposite" so I could learn the ending of the movie. So what do I do? WIKI duh! Long journey short I learn the ending.....WOW. And then I think of the "opposite" and I am bummed....yeah they really messed that movie up. Of course everything has to be MPAA approved right? Actually that has nothing to do with it. Back on track......Ahhh yes.....I hate when books made to movies/remakes/remakes of foreign films are dumbed down or softened for audiences. I could be talking out of my ass because I haven't read the book or viewed the movie, but I believe I have an understanding of the "message" that was in the book. You know I don't even really know how the movie ends....I just made my own assumption. It is harder to rant if I am trying not to give anything away. Anyways, post movie rant to follow.
